Shipping

We want your order to reach you as smoothly as possible. Below you will find our shipping terms, costs, and estimated delivery times.

Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver to:

  • Most EU countries
  • Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland)
  • The United States

All orders are shipped with DHL and PostNord.

Please note that certain countries and regions are excluded due to logistical limitations (see list below).

Excluded EU countries

  • Greece
  • Cyprus
  • Malta

Excluded regions within EU countries

  • Italy: Vatican City (00120), Campione d’Italia (22061), Livigno–Trepalle (23041), San Marino (47890–47899)
  • Spain: Canary Islands (35000–35999, 38000–38999), Ceuta (51080), Melilla (52080)
  • Portugal: Madeira and the Azores (9000–9999)

Shipping Costs

  • European Union (EU):

    Shipping is free of charge for all destinations within the EU.


  • Norway:

    For deliveries to Norway, an additional shipping fee of For deliveries to Norway, an additional shipping fee of 110 SEK per order applies due to higher carrier costs. (shown in your local currency at checkout, approximately 120 NOK).

    Please note that Norwegian import VAT, possible customs duties and a carrier handling fee are not included in our prices or shipping rates and will be charged by the carrier upon import. The exact total is calculated by Norwegian customs and the local carrier based on the value of the goods and shipping, and is therefore outside of our control.
  • United States:

    For deliveries to the United States, a shipping fee of 250 SEK per order applies (this amount will be shown in your local currency at checkout – approximately 28 USD, depending on the exchange rate at the time of purchase).
    For US orders, we prepay the import duties and customs handling fees that are charged to us by the carrier. This means that you should normally not be charged any additional customs duties upon delivery.
    Any local sales tax (such as state or city sales tax) or other charges that may exceptionally be collected by US authorities or the carrier remain the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times

  • Sweden: 1–3 business days
  • European Union (EU): 2–7 business days
  • Norway: 3–7 business days
  • United States: 5–12 business days (depending on destination and carrier handling)

Unclaimed packages will incur an administrative fee to cover return shipping and handling costs

Unclaimed Packages

Parcels that are not collected within the carrier’s holding period (usually 7 days) will automatically be returned to us.

For unclaimed packages, we treat the shipment as a return. A handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping, return shipping and processing costs, as follows:

• Within Sweden and the EU: 15 EUR

• Outside the EU (including Norway and the United States): 30 EUR

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please report it directly to the delivery point or DHL upon receipt.
Then contact us at support@mikaatelier.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage so that we can assist you.
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit, the shipping company's terms of compensation will apply.

Outside Our Standard Shipping Zones

If you live in a country that is not currently listed among our shipping destinations, please contact us at support@mikaatelier.com, and we will do our best to find a solution for you.

Additional Information

  • All orders are shipped from Sweden.
  • Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs handling or other factors beyond our control.
