1. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping to all EU countries.
For deliveries outside the EU:
- Norway:
For deliveries to Norway, an additional shipping fee of For deliveries to Norway, an additional shipping fee of 110 SEK per order applies due to higher carrier costs. (shown in your local currency at checkout, approximately 120 NOK).
Please note that Norwegian import VAT, possible customs duties and a carrier handling fee are not included in our prices or shipping rates and will be charged by the carrier upon import. The exact total is calculated by Norwegian customs and the local carrier based on the value of the goods and shipping, and is therefore outside of our control. - United States:
For deliveries to the United States, a shipping fee of 250 SEK per order applies (this amount will be shown in your local currency at checkout – approximately 28 USD, depending on the exchange rate at the time of purchase).
For US orders, we prepay the import duties and customs handling fees that are charged to us by the carrier. This means that you should normally not be charged any additional customs duties upon delivery.
Any local sales tax (such as state or city sales tax) or other charges that may exceptionally be collected by US authorities or the carrier remain the responsibility of the customer.
2. Which countries do you ship to?
We currently deliver to:
- Most EU countries
- Scandinavia (including Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland)
- The United States
Please note that we do not currently ship to Greece, Cyprus or Malta. In addition, certain islands and remote areas within the EU (for example the Canary Islands, Madeira and similar regions) may be excluded due to logistical limitations.

3. How long does delivery take?
- Sweden: 1–3 business days
- EU: 2–7 business days
- Norway: 3–7 business days
- United States: 4-7 business days
Please note that these are estimated times and delays may occur due to customs or external circumstances beyond our control.
4. How do I return or exchange an item?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item. Returns must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging intact.

5. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of exchanges and approved claims. The cost of return shipping varies depending on your location and will be deducted before the refund is issued.
As a guideline, the cost of return shipping with a label provided by us is usually around 99 SEK within Sweden, and 15 EUR for EU, USA and Norway.
The exact amount will always be communicated and confirmed before you decide to proceed with your return.
6. Do you offer exchanges for a different color?
Yes. If you would like to exchange your item for a different color, we cover both the return shipping and the shipping of your replacement item (subject to stock availability).
Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
