1. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping to all EU countries. For deliveries to Norway, an additional shipping fee of 10 EUR applies due to higher carrier costs. Please note that Norwegian import VAT, possible customs duties and a carrier handling fee are not included in our prices or shipping rates and will be charged by the carrier upon import.

2. Which countries do you ship to?

We currently deliver to most EU countries, as well as to Scandinavia, including Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.

Please note that we do not currently ship to Greece, Cyprus, or Malta. In addition, certain islands and remote areas within the EU may be excluded due to logistical limitations.

If your country is not listed, please contact us at support@mikaatelier.com and we will do our best to arrange shipping.

3. How long does delivery take?

Sweden: 1-3 business days
EU: 2-7 business days

Please note, these are estimated times and delays may occur due to customs or external circumstances.

4. How do I return or exchange an item?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item. Returns must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Go to return and exchange page.

5. Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, exchanges and warranty claims are always free of charge.

6. Do you offer exchanges for a different color?


Yes, if you would like to exchange for another color, we cover both the return shipping and the shipping of your replacement item (subject to availability).

7. How do I get a refund?


Once we have received and approved your return, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days. It may take 3-10 business days before the money is visible depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Which payment methods do you accept?


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Union Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
