Prices and Fees
All prices are originally listed in EUR (Euro), which is our base currency. For convenience, you may also view prices in SEK (Swedish Krona) and NOK (Norwegian Krone). All prices include Swedish VAT for orders within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, local duties or taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping is free of charge for all destinations we currently deliver to within the EU. For deliveries to Norway, an additional shipping fee of 10 EUR applies due to customs and handling costs.
Orders and Agreement
A binding purchase agreement is concluded once we have confirmed your order by sending an order confirmation to your email. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of obvious errors (such as incorrect pricing), suspected fraud, or if the product is out of stock.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Union Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
- All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment providers.
- No additional fees are charged by us for payment processing.
- The purchase amount will be reserved or charged at the time your order is placed, depending on the payment method used.
- For international orders, your bank or card issuer may apply additional fees for currency conversion or cross-border transactions. These fees are not covered by us.
Delivery
We currently deliver to most EU countries and Scandinavia, including Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. All orders are shipped with DHL and Postnord. Please note that certain regions and countries are excluded due to logistical limitations.

- Greece
- Cyprus
- Malta
Excluded regions within EU countries:
- Italy: Vatican City (00120), Campione d’Italia (22061), Livigno–Trepalle (23041), San Marino (47890–47899)
- Spain: Canary Islands (35000–35999, 38000–38999), Ceuta (51080), Melilla (52080)
- Portugal: Madeira and the Azores (9000–9999)

Delivery to Norway
For deliveries to Norway, an additional shipping fee of 10 EUR applies due to higher carrier costs. Please note that Norwegian import VAT, possible customs duties and a carrier handling fee are not included in our prices or shipping rates and will be charged by the carrier upon import.
The exact total is calculated by Norwegian customs and the local carrier based on the value of the goods and shipping, so it is unfortunately outside of our control.
Estimated delivery times:
- Sweden: 1-3 business days
- European Union (EU): 2-7 business days
Please note:
- Order processing and handling time is separate from the shipping time.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery times are estimated and delays may occur during high seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Unclaimed Packages
Parcels that are not collected within the carrier’s holding period (usually 7 days) will automatically be returned to us.
A fee of 15 EUR will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping, return, and handling costs.
If you would like your order to be re-shipped, a new shipping fee will apply and must be paid before the parcel is sent again.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please report it directly to the delivery point or DHL/Postnord upon receipt.
Then contact us at support@mikaatelier.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage so that we can assist you.
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit, the shipping company's terms of compensation will apply.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you have the right to do so within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
Please Note
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of exchanges or approved claims. Please note that the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different color, we will cover the cost of both the return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item.

- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Warranty Claims
We stand behind the quality of every MIKA garment. If you discover a material or manufacturing defect, we will make it right.
Once a defect is confirmed, MIKA will-in this order and as most appropriate- arrange a repair, offer a replacement, or issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible or proportionate.
What is covered
- Seams that split under normal use
- Fastenings or trims (e.g., hooks, buckles) that detach due to production faults
- Fabric defects present at delivery (e.g., weaving faults, holes, discoloration)
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., pilling, minor snags, fading)
- Improper care or cleaning (e.g., incorrect washing temperature, tumble-drying, ironing)
- Accidents or external impact (e.g., tears, stains, pet damage)
- Alterations or self-repairs that cause or contribute to the issue

Wait for our confirmation and instructions. Do not ship any items before you have received our confirmation and return label.
If your claim is approved, we will provide a return label for inspection/repair or issue a replacement. If neither repair nor replacement is possible or proportionate, we will refund the purchase price.
Please note that proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Refunds
The cost of return shipping varies by country and will be deducted from your refund. This deduction will be applied before the refund is processed. Please note that exchanges and warranty claims are always free of charge.
Once the returned item has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method and is typically visible within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Product Information and Color Representation
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and imagery of all our products. However, please note that minor variations in color, texture, or details may occur due to factors such as screen settings, lighting conditions, or natural material characteristics.
These slight differences are not considered defects, but rather part of the unique character and craftsmanship of each garment.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delays or failures to fulfill our obligations that are caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or major operational disruptions affecting suppliers or carriers.
In such cases, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase will always be the one published on mikaatelier.com at the time your order was placed.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, we comply with decisions issued by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
Consumers within the EU may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for assistance in resolving disputes.
