Sizing Information

This design is currently offered in One Size, designed for a relaxed, slightly loose fit that flatters multiple body types. We are working on expanding our size range to make this signature design available in more sizes.

Model: The model is 177 cm / 5'10" and usually wears size 36 / S

Material: Crafted in a carefully selected wool blend to resist pilling and maintain its shape. A durable blend of 40% wool and 60% polyester, with a 100% polyester lining.

Cleaning: Dry clean is recommended to maintain the coat’s structure and refined finish. If needed, gentle hand wash in cold water is possible, but always handle with care. Limit cleaning to when necessary to extend the garment’s lifespan. Always detach the bow before cleaning, it can be gently steamed separately on low heat if needed.

Storage: Hang on a wide, padded hanger to maintain the coat’s shape. Store in a breathable garment bag, away from direct sunlight and humidity.

Daily Care: After wearing, air out the coat to refresh the fabric without unnecessary cleaning. Use a soft fabric brush to remove dust and maintain a smooth surface.

Wrinkles: Use a handheld steamer on low heat, keeping a few centimeters’ distance. Avoid direct ironing, if necessary, press gently with a cloth between the iron and the fabric.

Weather & Moisture: If exposed to rain or dampness, hang the coat to dry naturally at room temperature. Never tumble dry. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat sources or open flames.

Complimentary shipping within the EU with DHL and Postnord.

For deliveries to Norway, an additional shipping fee of 110 SEK per order applies due to higher carrier costs. (shown in your local currency at checkout, approx. 120 NOK). Norwegian import VAT, possible customs duties and a carrier handling fee are not included in our prices or shipping rates and will be charged by the carrier upon import.

For deliveries to the United States, a shipping fee of 250 SEK per order applies (shown in your local currency at checkout, approx. 28 USD). We prepay the import duties and customs handling fees charged to us by the carrier, so you should normally not be charged additional customs duties upon delivery.

Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of exchanges and approved claims. The cost of return shipping varies depending on your location and will be deducted before the refund is issued.

As a guideline, the cost of return shipping with a label provided by us is usually around 99 SEK within Sweden, and 15 EUR for EU, USA and Norway.

The exact amount will always be communicated and confirmed before you decide to proceed with your return.
